Beyond Bloom Real Estate L.L.C. is a RERA-registered real estate brokerage in Dubai, ORN 29847, operating from Office 12AC-14, i-Rise Tower, Barsha Heights (Tecom), Dubai, UAE. This page explains what we do with personal data you give us through this website.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, a valuation request or an application, we collect the name, email address, phone number and any details you choose to include in the message. We also record which property or project the enquiry came from, so the right consultant picks it up.

On what basis
We hold what you send because you asked us to act on it, and because we have a legitimate interest in running a brokerage and answering the people who contact it. Where the law requires consent, for example the monthly market note, we ask for it separately and you can withdraw it at any time.
Why we hold it
We use it for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and to continue the conversation you started. If you ask for a valuation we will send a valuation. If you register a buying requirement we will contact you when something matches it.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not pass it to developers, lenders or portals without asking you first. We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing list unless you separately subscribe to the monthly market note.
Who processes it for us
Your enquiry is stored in the customer system our consultants work from, which is operated for us by a service provider under contract and used only to answer you. Nobody outside the firm and that provider sees it. If you would rather we did not keep a record at all, say so in your message and we will deal with you by phone and delete the entry.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for two years from our last contact with you, then deleted. Ask us to delete your record and we will, unless we are required to retain it under UAE anti-money-laundering or brokerage record-keeping rules.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@beyondbloomre.com and a human will deal with it.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies required to make it work. There is no advertising pixel and no third-party behavioural tracking.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page. Material changes will be flagged at the top.
