The developers we work with

DAMAC Properties

A prolific private developer known for branded collaborations and aggressive payment plans across DAMAC Hills, DAMAC Lagoons and DAMAC Islands. Delivery has improved materially since 2021; the earlier record is mixed and we will show it to you.

Ellington Properties

A design-led boutique developer with a tight portfolio and a reputation for finish quality well above its price band, particularly in JVC and MBR City.

Emaar Properties

Dubai's largest listed developer and the master developer behind Downtown Dubai, Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Creek Harbour and Emaar South. The most reliable handover record in the city, and priced accordingly.

Meraas

The developer behind City Walk, Bluewaters, La Mer and Jumeirah Bay, lifestyle destinations with fixed unit counts rather than volume residential.

Nakheel

The master developer of Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Islands, The World and Dubai Islands. State-backed and focused on waterfront land. The 2006–2009 Palm villa stock carries known drainage and pool-plant issues worth surveying for.

OMNIYAT

Ultra-prime developer working with Dorchester Collection and One&Only on Palm Jumeirah and the Marasi waterfront. Small volumes, long programmes, the highest finish specification in the city.

Select Group

Specialists in waterfront high-rise with a long track record in Dubai Marina and Business Bay. Marina Gate and Peninsula are their flagship Dubai schemes.

Sobha Realty

Backward-integrated: Sobha build in-house rather than subcontracting, which is why the finish quality at Sobha Hartland sits above its MBR City neighbours. Slower to launch, rarely late to hand over.
