Before you reserve

The three things that decide whether off-plan works for you.

The escrow account. Your money goes to a DLD-registered escrow, not to the developer. Ask for the account number and check it.

The assignment terms. Most developers allow resale once a stated percentage is paid, for a fee. Both numbers vary and both decide your exit.

What completes alongside it. A tower handing over into a quarter full of identical units is a harder resale, whatever the brochure says.
