How we charge
No surprises on the invoice.
Sales commission is 2% plus VAT, paid by the seller on completion. Leasing is 5% of the annual rent. Property management is a flat percentage of collected rent, agreed before we start, with no mark-up on contractor invoices.
Valuations, pricing studies and mortgage pre-approval introductions are free. We do not charge buyers a fee on top of the seller's commission, and we do not take a referral payment from a lender for steering you to them.
